Since the Democrats elected a darkie the Republicans had to have one too. I feared that Mr. Steele would be in over his head as he had failed to enamor me during his tenure as vicegovernor. But I figured he might surprise us all and do something wonderful just like all Maryland pols who move up to a national level, like Agnew. For a couple of days there Steele made me proud, someone has to mention the king is naked as a jaybird, I mean Rush's comments were incendiary. But, he couldn't even pull that off.
