The state is about to build a new jail for teenagers in Baltimore. It's a complicated issue, involving Federal mandates that must be followed, bad conditions in the adult facility, overcrowding at the juvenile center, and a population divided between those who think the law is too easy on juvenile offenders and those who think of them as kids betrayed by society.

These 3 facts of law are the best examples that the State of Maryland is more like Nazi Germany than Hitler's SS/GeStaPo ever could have been.
The State criminalizes children, legislates morality(Drug Laws), and does not provide a climate for employment or other business opportunities for poor unemployed parents and children, and the answer is to lock away your children like beast.
The State of Maryland is the criminal and must be abolished...the doctrine of non-resistance to arbitrary and unaccountable government is absurd, slavish and detrimental to the peace and prosperity of the inhabitants thereof.
End the War on Drugs or the Lawful Resistance through Armed Self-Defense is the next logical step against a tyrannical arbitrary, capricious and unaccountable government with a corrupt broken judiciary.
