I don't grow my own vegetables, nor my own microwavable fries, which means I have to go to the grocery store every once in a while. But even though Giant is so close, I've been avoiding it for a while. Specifically, since they stopped carrying the dog food I've been using for ten years. No hard feelings. Having a hybrid means I can travel to Wegmans or Whole Foods or even Trader Joe's (if I were in the mood to be around people who just seem too happy to be at a grocery store).
But I was willing to give Giant another chance after seeing this article in the Sun. I was even excited about the promised technological innovations because I'm a little bit of a geek.
